I wanted to normalize the whole fitness world - it can be really intimidating stepping into it.
The one thing about dealing with anxiety is normally getting to the gym, fitness.
I think that fitness really kind of saved me and made me the person that I am today, through losing my dad and everything that I've had to deal with.
Fitness really was my crutch.
I have a love-hate relationship with cardio.
Just staying consistent and doing something every day, whether it's walking, jogging, squats, weights at home or going to the gym. I feel like a little bit of something every day is very helpful.
